  • 0 Units in Stock
Facade impregnator WE is an aqueous emulsion of a modified polymethylsiloxane and contains no solvents.

Facade impregnation WE is used as a water-resistant impregnation agent on mineral building materials.
It is applicable to both neutral and alkaline building materials, even on very alkaline surfaces.

Product Features:

Water-based system, solvent-free, permeable to water vapor, no moisture breakdown, prevents or reduces salt efflorescence, frost damage, lime washes, mold, moss, algae growth and erosion, less adherence to pollution, water vapor diffusion remains, simple processing, improvement of insulation, energy and cost-saving, UV and frost resistant, high penetration capacity, not visible after application.

Suitable surfaces:

Brick (masonry), concrete stone, limestone, concrete, natural stone and cement plastering.

Instructions for use:

The surfaces to be treated must be dust and grease-free, Facade impregnator WE is not crack-bridging, cracks larger than 0.3 mm must be repaired in advance. Apply in 2 layers wet on wet taking into account the porosity of the substrate, from top to bottom.

Processing Temperature:

5> 25 ° C (preferably do not use in strong sunlight)

Colors:

Transparent

Packaging:

Plastic
5, 10, 25 and 1000 liters

Dilution:

Not

Consumption:

To determine the correct consumption, we recommend setting up a test surface before starting work.
Consumption varies from 0.3> 1.3 liters per m².

Application method:

Spraying:
This method is used on large surfaces where spraying and spraying equipment is used. The pump pressure must not be too high to prevent misting of the impregnating emulsion, so-called.n. flow method is recommended for larger areas.

Flow:
This method is preferred when treating large surfaces. To ensure good overlapping impregnation, the facade must be treated from top to bottom. Treat highly absorbent surfaces 2x wet in wet. This method is economical and efficient and is generally prescribed or applied.
