ChipsFloor is a synthetic resin-bonded floor system, in which multi-colored dry Colorchips are processed in a solvent-free synthetic resin epoxy or polyurethane binder as an adhesive layer. Color chips per se are made from water-based resin, the fillers used for this are based on organic minerals and pigments.
The ColorChips (FlakeMix) are injected in a wet epoxy or PU base color. sprinkled in, these color flakes provide the multi-color effect or a ton-sur-ton effect if desired.
The seamlessly applied ChipsFloor is then provided with a fixing layer and finished with extremely strong durable Polyurethane TopSeal. This makes the floor scratch-resistant, UV-resistant and usable where high demands are placed on safety, hygiene, durability and attractive aesthetic floors.
Areas of application: wherever sustainable floors are required, including: nursing homes, shops, nurseries, car showrooms (car-tire-resistant) , catering, showrooms, laboratories, offices, schools, supermarkets, living rooms, shower rooms etc.
